For restaurants
Get chosen on Google Maps and booked, even mid-service.
Kibernai helps restaurants and cafés in Geneva and across French-speaking Switzerland get chosen on Google Maps and take bookings without spending the evening on the phone. We keep your Google profile up to date and build a simple website with your menu and online booking; confirmations, reminders and review requests then go out by themselves. The result: fewer calls during service and fewer empty tables.
30 minutes. No commitment.
Step by step
What runs by itself once the right tools are connected.
- 1 Google
People find you on Google Maps, with your opening hours and menu up to date.
- 2 Booking
Guests book online, even in the middle of service.
- 3 Confirmation
The guest gets their confirmation straight away.
- 4 Reminder
The day before, to avoid empty tables.
- 5 Google review
The next day, they’re invited to leave a review.
What often gets in the way, mid-service.
- The phone rings in the middle of service and I can’t pick up.
- People book, then don’t turn up, without a word.
- On Google, my opening hours are wrong whenever there’s a public holiday.
- Guests are happy in the dining room, but I hardly have any reviews.
- The menu online is no longer the one I serve.
What you get
What we set up for you.
- A Google profile that makes people want to come
Correct opening hours, public holidays and closures included, photos, menu and a booking link: everything guests check before choosing where to eat.
- A simple website that works perfectly on a phone
Your menu, opening hours, directions and a booking button, plus answers to the questions you are asked all the time: terrace, groups, parking.
- Online booking, day and night
Guests book on their own, even mid-service or after closing time. If your current booking system suits you, we keep it and connect it to your website and Google profile.
- Fewer empty tables
An instant confirmation, a reminder the day before and an easy way to let you know if plans change: a table freed up in time can still be filled.
- Steady reviews, well-written replies
Guests are simply invited to leave a review after their meal. When you want to reply, a suggested answer is ready: you read it over and decide.
- Mentioned by AI assistants when people ask where to eat
Your details are clear and identical everywhere, so that ChatGPT, Gemini or Perplexity can mention you when someone asks them for a good place in your neighbourhood.
Examples
Three common starting points.
- 01If the phone rings during service
We open online booking on your website and Google profile, and answer there the questions you get asked most. You stay with your guests, and the bookings still come in.
- 02When booked tables stay empty
We first look at how people book with you today, then add an instant confirmation and a reminder the day before, with an easy way to cancel. You know sooner which tables are free again.
- 03If your Google profile is out of date
Opening hours, public holidays, annual closure, photos, menu: we bring it up to date with you, then show you how to keep it that way yourself. It is often the first thing guests see, before your website.
How it works
Four steps, no surprises.
- 1We take stock together
30 minutes, free and with no commitment. Tell us what takes up your time, or what is missing.
- 2You receive a written proposal
What we will do, by when, and a fixed price. You decide in your own time.
- 3We set it up
You carry on with your work in the meantime. Nothing to pay before going live.
- 4You see the difference
We follow the results with you. Everything belongs to you, with no commitment.
Questions
What people often ask us
I already have a booking system. Do I need to change it?
No. If it suits you, we keep it and connect it to your website and Google profile. We only suggest another tool if it really saves you time.
Isn’t a social media page enough?
It shows the atmosphere and your dishes well. But when choosing where to eat, people often look at Google Maps or ask an AI assistant, and they want opening hours, a menu, an address and a way to book. Your Google profile and a simple website cover that; social media remains a bonus.
How should I reply to a negative review?
Quickly, calmly and without arguing: thank the guest, acknowledge what went wrong, offer to talk it over. We can prepare a suggested reply; you read it over, and you decide whether to publish it.
My menu changes often. Do I have to call you every time?
No. We set up a simple way for you to update it yourself, and show you how. A dish of the day or an unexpected closure can also be announced on your Google profile.
How do I get suggested when someone asks ChatGPT where to eat in Geneva?
These assistants rely on what they find on the web: Google profiles, reviews, directories and websites that clearly describe a cuisine, a neighbourhood and opening hours. The more complete and consistent this information is, the better your chances of being mentioned. Nobody can guarantee it: we check what they answer before and after.
How much does it cost?
It depends on where you are starting from. After the free 30-minute call, you receive a fixed price in writing, and there is nothing to pay before going live.
