For tradespeople
More enquiries, fewer evenings spent on quotes.
Kibernai helps tradespeople in Geneva and French-speaking Switzerland, whether plumbers, electricians, joiners or painters, get found on Google and Google Maps and stop letting enquiries slip away. We keep your Google profile up to date, show your work on a simple website, and every enquiry quickly gets a reply, an appointment and a quote ready to approve. You stay on site; the paperwork keeps up.
30 minutes. No commitment.
Step by step
What runs by itself once the right tools are connected.
- 1 Customer request
“Leak under the sink, when can you come?” arrives via the website or WhatsApp.
- 2 Sorting
Urgency, address, photos: the right questions are asked straight away.
- 3 Appointment
A free slot from your calendar is offered.
- 4 Quote
Prepared from your rates: you just approve it.
- 5 Automatic reminder
The day before the appointment, then a follow-up if the quote is still waiting.
What we hear between two jobs.
- When I’m on a job I can’t pick up, so the customer calls someone else.
- I do my quotes in the evening or at the weekend, when I still have the energy.
- I send a quote, then nothing, and I don’t have time to chase it.
- My best work is on my phone, and nobody ever sees it.
- Requests come in by WhatsApp, text and email: in the end, some slip through.
What you get
What we do for you.
- A Google profile that makes people call
Your trades, the area you cover, your hours, whether you take emergencies, and photos of real jobs: on Google Maps, customers see straight away that you’re the right person. AI assistants rely on this information too.
- Your work on show, without losing your evenings
You send a few before-and-after photos, we write the text. Your website shows what you do and where you work, and reassures customers before they even get in touch.
- All your enquiries in one place
Website, WhatsApp or email: every enquiry lands in your customer file, with the address, photos and history. Nothing gets buried in a message thread any more.
- Reviews after every job
Once the work is done, your customer is simply invited to leave a Google review. You reply in two clicks.
- Invoices that go out on time
Job finished, invoice ready: you approve it and off it goes. If it stays unpaid, a polite reminder goes out by itself and you’re kept informed.
- A clear view of your business
How many enquiries, how many quotes sent and accepted, and where your customers come from: you see it at a glance, with no spreadsheet to fill in.
Examples
Three common starting points.
- 01When you work alone on site
Written enquiries get an immediate reply and the right questions. In the evening, you find complete requests sorted by urgency, rather than a list of messages to call back.
- 02If you want different jobs
Too many small repairs, not enough renovations? Your Google profile and website put forward the work you want to do, and the questions asked up front help you choose your jobs.
- 03When quotes pile up in the evening
We start from your rates and your usual quotes. Each new quote arrives almost ready: you read it, adjust it if needed, and it goes out without waiting for the weekend.
How it works
Four steps, no surprises.
- 1We take stock together
30 minutes, free and with no commitment. Tell us what takes up your time, or what is missing.
- 2You receive a written proposal
What we will do, by when, and a fixed price. You decide in your own time.
- 3We set it up
You carry on with your work in the meantime. Nothing to pay before going live.
- 4You see the difference
We follow the results with you. Everything belongs to you, with no commitment.
Questions
What people often ask us
I don’t have time to deal with all this.
That’s exactly the point. We need 30 minutes to take stock, then a few photos and your rates. We handle the rest: you read through, you approve, and you stay on your jobs.
My customers message me on WhatsApp. Does that still work?
Yes. Your customers keep contacting you as usual, on WhatsApp, by email or through your website. Enquiries are gathered in one place, and the right questions are asked from the very first message.
Do I need a website if I already have work?
Not necessarily straight away. A simple website mainly helps you choose your jobs: customers see what you do and where, and contact you with the right details. If your diary is full, we can start with what saves you time: quotes, follow-ups and invoices.
How do I get Google reviews?
By asking at the right moment, simply. After the job, your customer receives a short message with a direct link to your profile. Your real customers write the reviews: we just make asking easy.
What about evening emergencies?
The customer gets an immediate reply and the right questions: address, photos, what is happening. You choose in advance what should alert you there and then, and you decide whether to go out or have a slot offered for the next day.
How much does it cost?
It depends on where you are starting from. After the free 30-minute call, you receive a fixed price in writing, and there is nothing to pay before going live.
