Privacy

Only the French version is legally binding.

In short. No cookies, no advertising. Anonymous visitor statistics, run on our own server in Switzerland. What you write in a form is only used to reply to you and stays on our server. You can ask at any time to see it or have it deleted.

1. Who is responsible

Kibernai (Engineering Services Pantelidis), Rue des Charmilles 40, 1203 Geneva, Switzerland: support@kibernai.ch. This policy follows the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).

2. When you visit the website

As with any website, your browser sends technical data: IP address, page requested, date and time, browser type. It is only used to display the website and to protect it against abuse.

To know how many people visit the website and which buttons are useful to them, we use Umami, a visitor statistics tool installed on our own server in Switzerland. It sets no cookies, does not follow you from one website to another and does not keep your IP address. It records the page viewed, the website you came from, the type of device and browser, the country, and the buttons clicked. These figures are neither sold nor shared.

Fonts and scripts are served by our own server: no calls to Google or any other provider.

3. When you fill in a form

We receive your name and your phone number or email address. If you provide them, we also receive your line of business, your company name, your town, the size of your team, what you want to improve, when you would prefer to be called back and your message, along with the date and your IP address. We use them to call you back and, if you wish, to prepare a proposal. The IP address is only used to block abusive submissions.

No newsletter without your consent, no resale, and no training of artificial intelligence with your data.

4. Where, and for how long

Requests are stored on our server in Switzerland. We keep them for no more than 12 months after our last exchange, then delete them. If an assignment follows, accounting records are kept for 10 years, as required by law (Art. 958f of the Swiss Code of Obligations). Visit statistics are kept for no more than 24 months.

5. Who else has access

  • Cloudflare, Inc. (United States) protects the website and routes the traffic. Like any service of this kind, it sees the connection data and the content of exchanges with the website. Cloudflare is certified under the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which Switzerland has recognised since 15 September 2024.
  • Infomaniak Network SA (Geneva, Switzerland) hosts our email, which notifies us of each request and which we use to reply to you.

Nobody else. We do not sell or rent any data.

6. Your rights

You can ask to see your data, to correct it or to delete it, and you can object to its processing. Write to support@kibernai.ch: we reply within 30 days. You can also contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) at edoeb.admin.ch.

7. Security

Exchanges with the website are encrypted (HTTPS). Access to the server is restricted to the publisher.

8. Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes too.
