Useful AI

Put AI to work on your real tasks.

Kibernai helps the self-employed and small businesses in Geneva and French-speaking Switzerland use artificial intelligence where it genuinely saves time: drafting replies and quotes, summarising and finding documents, sorting emails. We start from your real tasks, set the tool up in your day-to-day work and train your team. You keep the final say on what matters, and your data is never sold or used to train an AI.

30 minutes. No commitment.

Demo: your documents, your emails, your data and your customers’ messages go through the AI and turn into a ready-made action: summary ready, email filed, figures analysed, reply suggested, quote prepared, answer found in your documents.

What we often hear.

  • Everyone is talking about AI, but I don’t know where to start.
  • I’ve tried ChatGPT: it’s impressive, but I don’t know what to do with it at work.
  • Every day I rewrite the same replies and the same quotes.
  • My colleagues each use AI on their own, and I don’t know what they put into it.
  • I’m forever looking for a document or an email that I know is somewhere.

What you get

What we do for you.

  • The right uses, chosen with you

We look at how your days actually run and spot the tasks where AI genuinely saves time, and those where it has no business being.

  • Replies and quotes drafted for you

Recurring requests get a draft reply or quote, in your tone. You read it, correct it if needed, and send it.

  • An assistant that knows your documents

Procedures, terms, contracts, manuals: your team asks a question and finds the answer in your own documents.

  • Emails sorted and summarised

Your emails arrive sorted by urgency, with long threads summarised in a few lines: you see what matters first.

  • A team trained on its real tasks

Not a classroom course: your staff learn to use it on their own files, on site or by video call, with support over the long term.

  • Clear rules for the whole team

What can be handed to AI, what stays in-house, who approves what: written down simply, so everyone uses it with confidence.

Examples

Three common starting points.

  • 01You tried ChatGPT and didn’t know what to do with it

We take a few tasks from your week and show, on your own examples, what AI does well and what it does badly. You keep what works.

  • 02Your team keeps answering the same questions

We gather your documents and usual answers so the assistant suggests a reply that is ready to check. Your staff read it before sending it.

  • 03Everyone uses AI in their own way

We review what is already in use, choose suitable tools with you and write simple rules: what can go in, what stays in-house, who approves.

How it works

Four steps, no surprises.

  1. 1We take stock together

30 minutes, free and with no commitment. Tell us what takes up your time, or what is missing.

  2. 2You receive a written proposal

What we will do, by when, and a fixed price. You decide in your own time.

  3. 3We set it up

You carry on with your work in the meantime. Nothing to pay before going live.

  4. 4You see the difference

We follow the results with you. Everything belongs to you, with no commitment.

Questions

What people often ask us

Will AI replace my team?

No. It removes the repetitive work around the job: copying out, sorting, searching, answering the same questions. Your team keeps the relationship with customers, its know-how and the final say on what matters.

Is my customer data protected?

It goes nowhere without your consent, and it is never sold or used to train an AI. Before we start, we decide together what the tool can access, and we tell you in writing where your data is hosted.

Do I need a paid subscription to ChatGPT or another tool?

Not necessarily. We start from what you already use. If a paid tool would genuinely save you time, we explain why, and the decision is yours.

Is the training on site or by video call?

Whichever suits you: at your premises, in Geneva and across French-speaking Switzerland, or by video call. We work on your own files rather than textbook examples, then support you over the long term.

I’ve attended the State of Geneva’s AI training. What next?

It is a good starting point: the training the State of Geneva offers small businesses helps you understand AI and decide where to use it. We then help you apply it to your real tasks: choosing the first use, setting it up in your tools and training the rest of your team.

How much does it cost?

It depends on where you are starting from. After the free 30-minute call, you receive a fixed price in writing, and there is nothing to pay before going live.
